We offer a support system that provides direct, comprehensive coaching and professional development to classroom teachers to support culturally responsive teaching. Consultants work with teachers to assist with lesson design planning, delivery of instruction to connect all learners, data analysis, and curriculum mapping.

We combine observation, formative and summative assessment data to paint a complete picture of the school’s structures, practices, and context in the community.

We collaborate with key stakeholders on priorities and entry points to develop the school improvement plan.
